“SCIENCE” MAGAZINE

“Science” Magazine is published by the USB since 1991 in six issues annually. The magazine is financially supported by the USB Governing board and the “Frederick Joliot-Curie” International Home of Scientists.

“Science” Magazine is a unique for Bulgaria popular-science edition. It treats issues related to science, education and technologies, focusing on informing the specialists on current issues, latest trends and achievements in these fields.

Its main goals are to:

• respond to the professional interests of Bulgarian scientists;
• give information on the advancement of science and development of new research areas on a national, European and world scale;
• reflect the status of science and scientists in Bulgaria;
• inform on the current problems of science, higher education and technologies;
• inform on research and education programmes and projects;
• publish articles on research and methodology issues;
• present reknown Bulgarian scientists
• publish information on the organization and management of science and education in Bulgaria
• inform on future scientific events in Bulgaria and abroad;
• present information on already held scientific events with Bulgarian participation, with special attention on results and analysis on presentations and discussions;
• present new books of interest to the Bulgarian researcher;
• inform on USB sections and branches activities.
