Young researchers for the European future of the Technology-enhanced learning
The aim of the 3rd TEL Enlargement workshop is to stimulate interaction, collaboration and communication between young researchers and PhD students from the region of the Balkans, the new member states and the associated to the EU countries.
The scope of the workshop includes, but is not limited, to the following topics as they relate to the specific regional and educational issues of TEL and the technologies supporting TEL

§ Production of educational formats
§ Narrative and learning environments
§ Interaction Analysis in TEL
§ New directions for Artificial Intelligence in education

§ Computer supported inquiry learning

§ Personalized and collaborative trails using Learning Objects
§ Mobile learning
§ Semantic Web and TEL
The scope of the workshop is not limited to the above issues
Contributions in the following categories are solicited:
• Research papers
• Posters
• Demonstrations
PhD papers and posters are strongly encouraged. Submissions should substantiate their eligibility for this category.
Submission Details:
All submissions must be made electronically via email: apopova@fmi.uni-sofia.bg;

Proposals for demonstrations should be up to one page long and should include title, proposer's name(s) and affiliation(s), summary of the proposed activity and expected duration. Full papers should not exceed 5000 words in length, including abstract and references. Posters should not exceed 2000 words.

Each paper/poster will be evaluated by at least two anonymous reviewers appointed by the Program Committee. Notification of paper/poster acceptance will be sent to authors by 20 July 2007. Camera ready papers/posters in DOC format must be submitted electronically by 01 August, 2007.
Language: The official language of the workshop is English.
Workshop Proceedings:
Accepted research papers and posters will be published in a special volume. They will be published as well in the TeLearn archive (www.telearn.org).
Important Dates:

20th of July 2007 - Notification of acceptance
01st of August 2007 - Camera ready submission
