Genesis
of the Middle Class Nikolai Tilkidjiev (Abstract) In that article are taken out the main bearing points for clearing up the genesis and reproduction of the middle-class structures in the modern and post-modern society – towards clearing up of the consensus logical core where the middle class is defined. The main points of the genesis are appointed: when it has appeared as a social-group reality, when it has been “noticed”, and from when science researches for its nature and role date. It have been synthesized the principal research achievements, concerning the origin of the middle class, having in mind that this is the first time in Bulgaria when such a panoramic presentation of the discussions is given, within the framework of contemporary class-stratification sociological traditions. Under a critical evaluation and reassessment have been subjected classical and newest elaboration and tendencies in the field. |
