Globalization and Modernization Petko Ganchev (Abstract)
The article deals with the positive capacity of globalization connected
with modernization of the communities of the local closed spaces of “World
II”, which refer to both either changes in the form of property and its
management and realization, as well as to the processes of management of the
production systems themselves and to the the whole society. Intense processes of
property individualization, as will as processes of property socialization,
generalization and realization on large scale collective forms take place. The
managemant itself overcomes the former centralized forms of influence and turns
into new forms of horizontal integration and socialization, attraction of a
larger number of participants in a certain community towards solving its
problems.
On the second place, the processes of the
modernization connected with the new global world allocation of labour
resoirces, where all communities are involved with their material resources and
people. On the other side, information and other scientific technologies result in quality changes in the production systems, in specific dematerialization of production and occurrenceof a new “inteligent economics”, where knowledge turns to be the main source of efficience, ecological compliance and richness.
