Nikolov, Ivan Ivanov, Krassen Stafanov Professional Trainning in the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" with multimedia and distance technologies - the experience based on partnership between Sofia University and Cisco Systems Inc (Resume) Innovation
processes in Bulgaria can gain from co-operation between Universities and
leading industry both
from Bulgaria and abroad. The close relations between Sofia University “St.
Kliment Ohridski” with High Technology's firms, have implications for high
competence results and is a potential for further development in the field of
professional training and research. In this paper we present a successful implementation of professional training established in partnership between Sofia University and Cisco Systems, based on firm's Network Academy Program (CNAP). The Case Study summarises the last two years experience with multimedia materials and distance learning technologies on which this professional training is based on. Analyses and results are discussed with some future enhancing and developing of the training materials and methods.
